I have been selling real estate in the area for a total of 3 years now. I have had great experiences selling to people who fall in love with Costa Rica, either as their new home or their second home. I speak both English and Spanish; I have represented clients from the United States, Canada, Peru, France, Costa Rica, and more. My personal story revolves around surfing; I have lived in Playa Negra, a small surf town where I spent most of my days on the beach surfing, going on walks with my dogs and family. I love the rainy season here also, which tends to get a bad reputation, but in my opinion, this country has beauty all year round.
